Current Project

Our current project involves surgical manufacturing firm, Vertebral Technologies, Inc. (VTI), which has created breakthrough implantable spinal devices for spinal fusion surgery.

Founded in 2005 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, VTI's first product, the InterFuse® Posterior device, received FDA 510(k) clearance in June 2008, and became commercially available in August 2008. This device allows surgeons to perform spinal fusion with minimal invasiveness and less trauma to the body. Patients are able to heal and recover more quickly and with less pain than with today's standard surgical devices.

There are over 460,000 spinal fusion procedures done annually, thereby providing investors in this company an opportunity to be part of a $4.8 billion (US dollars) worldwide market.
